Now that I have read the entire book I can emphatically state that there is no better overview of Bankruptcy Law than this. It is the perfect book for attorneys with no or little bankruptcy experience; for support staff of bankruptcy attorneys; and for experienced attorneys who want a quick and easy reference. My only criticism is that the chapters are not indicated in the top corner of the pages.

This is a very difficult to read because of its use of dark yellow pages that resemble an 1827 copy of the Bible. I have never seen a book use this color for its pages, and after trying to read this book, I understand why.

The content itself is disappointing. The book is essentially a summary of the Bankruptcy Code, section by section.
